Le sfere della salute sono delle splendide opere d'arte orientale, fatte e dipinte a mano, con una loro antica storia.
Risalgono infatti alla dinastia Ming, attorno alla metà del 1300, le prime sfere della salute.
Inizialmente queste sfere erano semplici, senza abbellimenti, e piene.
Solo con il passare del tempo alcuni esperti artigiani cominciarono a lavorarle, sia abbellendole da un punto di
vista dell'estetica, sia facendo in modo che emettessero un suono rilassante ad ogni movimento.
L'esercizio con le sfere della salute permette infatti di entrare in un profondo stato di rilassamento, sia in virtù
del loro suono, sia per la stimolazione che ha sollecitando vari punti della mano.
Le sfere sono quindi uno strumento ideale per chiunque si eserciti nella meditazione e nel rilassamento.
Ogni sfera viene realizzata artigianalmente e dipinta a mano.

Ogni coppia di sfere viene fornita con una spiegazione, in inglese, sull'uso delle sfere e la loro storia, ed un elegante box che le contiene, visibile nelle foto.

Spheres of health are beautiful works of art oriental, made and painted by hand, with their ancient history.
Date back to the Ming Dynasty, around the middle of 1300, the first spheres of health.
Initially these balls were simple, unadorned, and floods.
Only with the passage of time some expert craftsmen began to work them, and embellish it by a point
view aesthetics, and by ensuring that emit a soothing sound with every movement.
The exercise with the spheres of health makes it possible to enter a deep state of relaxation, either by virtue
of their sound, both for the stimulation that has urging various points of the hand.
The balls are therefore an ideal tool for anyone who exercises in meditation and relaxation.
Each sphere is handcrafted and hand-painted.
DIMENSIONS: 35 mm.
Each pair of balls comes with an explanation, in English, the use of the spheres and their history, and an elegant box that contains visible in the photos.
